He attended GTTC Demonstration Primary School Ilesa, Methodist High School Ilesa and Comprehensive High School Ayetoro for his '0' and 'A' Levels before proceeding to Nigeria’s Premier University, The University of Ibadan for a Degree in Geography at the Faculty of Social Sciences, he graduated with Honours and one of the best in his class in 1984.

After his first Degree, he took up Accounting and qualified as a Chartered Accountant having trained at BDO Binder Balogun Badejo & Co, Chartered Accountants where he cut his teeth in accounting and consulting and later Ayorinde Thomas & Co., Chartered Accountants.

He was the pioneer Finance Manager of SO & U Saatchi and Saatchi in 1991 an International Integrated Marketing Communications Company having offices in 36 countries across continents, and he rose to become the Chief Accountant and Head of Admin in 1996 before leaving to set up an accounting and consulting firm.

Today, he runs the Accounting and Consulting firm - Gbenga Badejo & Co., Chartered Accountants and Gbc Consulting Limited specializing in Audit, Assurance, Tax Consulting, Management and Financial Consulting. Mr. Badejo has over 30 years cognate experience in the field of ACCOUNTING, TAXATION, MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL CONSULTING, MERGERS AND AQUISITION, BUSINESS INCUBATION AND TURNAROUND.

He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Taxation and Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management. He is an accomplished professional, scholar and motivational speaker and an Alumni of Harvard Kennedy School. He has also attended several courses at the prestigious Lagos Business School and a graduate of LBS, Chief Executive Program Class 22.

While at the Lagos Business School, the CEP 22 programme took him across Continents to Strathmore Business School, Nairobi and IESE, Barcelona, Spain. He was appointed Expert-In Residence at the Lagos Business School, Enterprise Development Centre, in recognition of his acumen, to counsel and mentor part of a pool of 10,000 upcoming SMEs. He served on the Board of ICAN Faculty for Forensic Audit and Investigation and ICAN Practice Monitoring Group.

He is currently serving on the ICAN Professional Practice Monitoring Committee.

He seats on the Board of BDS Consult, a Training and Management Development Consultancy outfit, Pratix Consulting Limited – a Project Management outfit with interest in real estate and power. Chairman, Crown Farms Limited – a fledging AgricBusiness. He is currently the Treasurer, Rotary Club of Ikeja.

He is a committed Christian of Methodist faith. He was Treasurer 1 Diocese of Lagos West-the best Diocese throughout the Conference area in 2011, Past President, YMCA, Opebi Methodist Church, Patron, National Association of Methodist Brigade, Special Member, YWCA, Opebi Methodist Church, Auditor, Opebi Methodist Church, Senior Circuit Steward, Methodist Church, Opebi Circuit among others!

He is a Knight of John Wesley (KJW) designate.

Mr. Badejo plays Golf and Squash at his leisure.

Mr J.Adegboyega Adeyinka, an able and experienced accountant graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from the Yaba College of Technology Lagos in 1984 and became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1992.

He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Before becoming a member of the Institute he had his professional training in the firms of Femi Otitoola & Co. and Adeyinka Oguntuga & Co. during which period he rose to the position of Audit manager and handled successfully numerous audit taxation and consultancy assignments. He joined the firm in 1996.




A seasoned and versatile practicing accountant. Born on April 1st 1977. An indigene of Ondo State. He was educated at Saint Joseph Secondary School, Agege, Lagos. He holds a Bachelor honours from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State in Banking and Finance. He also holds Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

His wealth of professionalism span over all sectors of the economy. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).He has Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from Piron School of Business, Mumbai, India. He has facilitated training on conversion of IFRS and also involve in implementation of IFRS for public quoted companies and SMEs.

Mr. Adesuyi started his career in 1998 as an Accountant with Bolanle Specialist Hospital from where he joined Gbenga Badejo& Co. (a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners) in 2000 as an Audit trainee. He attained the position of Audit Manager where he was exposed to specialized audit, accountancy, investigation, taxation and management consultancy services for diverse clients in different sectors of the economy (between 2000 and 2004) before leaving for Regency Assets Management Limited (Member of Nigerian Stock Exchange) as the Company Finance Manager in 2004. The position he held for 5years before leaving for Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners) as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the Planning and review of all audit, tax and consulting assignments, he conduct forensic audit and investigation, business restructuring and re-engineering and also coordinates training programmes and other ancillary responsibilities.

On January 1, 2015 he was appointed as a PARTNER in the firm.

At various times during his career, he attended comprehensive training courses with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Institute of Management and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria such as certification course on Forensic Audit and Investigation in collaboration with Forensic compliance Institute (FCI), USA. He also attended comprehensive training courses/seminars amongst which are on Investment Banking, Merger and Acquisition, Capital Issues, Assets Securitization, Proper pricing of stocks in the secondary market, Superior selling skills, Training programme and Effective marketing of financial services etc.

He is happily married and blessed with two children.




Mr Tolu Adegbie holds a B.Sc Economics degree from University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University) and an M.Sc in Banking and Finance from University of Ibadan. He also has two diplomas in credit management and administration from the CITIBANK school of Banking, New York.

He has over sixteen years experience in the banking industry and he was at various times Head Energy Desk, Head Aviation Desk, Manager corporate banking, Manager Idumota Branch, Manager Victoria Island Branch, Deputy Treasurer, Head private banking, Group head Consumer Banking, Regional Manager Lagos region, Regional Manager western region. He has attended numerous training courses both locally and abroad in practically every facet of Banking and Investments. He worked at different times with National Bank Nigeria Limited, Societe Generale Bank (Nigeria) Limited, Assurance Bank Nigeria Limited, and Equitorial Trust Bank Limited.

He is also the author of “A DECADE OF DREAMS”, a collection of poems. Completed and opened the entertainment company that has been under construction (for 4years), within seven months, by providing managerial and financial competence services to the promoter. Put together the management team of expatriates and Nigerians to run the company Assisted the financial consultant in Securing and ensuring necessary funding to complete the project ($2.9million).

Assisted in the setting up of structures, budget, and quality control standards for the Hotel and entertainment company.

Worked with a team to Re-engineer the whole financial structure of the company based on best industry practices and shareholder value maximization (Debt – Equity swap). As Chairman of each due diligence committee (Financial, legal, technical & Character due diligence) during the Debt - Equity swap consummation. So is familiar with the process, procedure and best practice of buy in and buy out of companies. Has been involved in the negotiation of International Entertainment Contracts of names like MTV Base & MNET leading to the successful hosting of their shows.

He is very familiar with international contract negotiations He has attended numerous finance and management courses both locally and abroad. He also attended Credit Risk Analysis and Management course organized by GT Bank, New York in 2001 and was adjudged The Strongest Participant in the Group consisting of an international class from 10 countries at CITI Bank school of Banking, New York




Mr. Bayo Atekoja is the Platinum Business Partner to Sage Pastel and Powersoft Integrated Solutions- Developers of an Enterprise ERP with over 15 years of implementation experience in ERP.



Mr.Osho holds an MBA degree in Financial Management from Lagos State University, He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

He has held several managerial positions in various companies including Allied Biscuit Company Ltd , Northwest Communications Ltd, Hensmor Company Ltd, Mopheth Nigeria Ltd, among others .He has over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Consultancy, Personnel and Turn Around Management.

He is currently an Audit Manager with Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants).




Wemimo Olawale is a graduate of Accountancy from Osun State Polytechnic with a sound Upper Credit. He proceeded to pursue a career in Accounting with Gbenga Badejo & Co in 2009 as an Audit Trainee to be fully equipped with all necessary tools that will aid his ability to handle financial and tax management matters as well as provide quality and professional services to clients as and when required.

Olawale is graduating Student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with close to a decade of hands-on experience in the practice of Accountancy and solution-driven business consulting.

He has attended various trainings as organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Nigerian British Chambers of Commerce to further improve his skills and competencies.

Olawale Wemimo is currently a Principal Manager at Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants).




Dove Akinadewo is a graduate of Business Administration & Management from Yaba College of Technology with a sound Upper Credit. She proceeded to pursue a career in Accounting with Gbenga Badejo & Co. (a firm of Chartered Accountants) after her National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) with the erstwhile Oceanic Bank International Plc in 2010 in order to be fully equipped with all the necessary tools that will aid her ability to handle financial and tax management matters as well as provide quality and professional services to clients as at when required.

Dove is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

She has attended various trainings as organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) as well as other trainings as organized by few reputable organizations in Nigeria to further improve her skills and competencies.

She has also recorded quite a number of achievements/awards both @ work and while in School. Dove Akinadewo is currently a Consultant at Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants). She is happily married with children.
